Y2SE

 In the past, the business of business is business. (The main purpose of undertaking business is to make money). The concept is not relevant any more today. The trend is already changed. Today business is not as usual.
That's why we organize Y2SE.

Talent Management

In the past, land is not much issued as resource and valued. Now the story is totally upside down. Even a piece of land worth is sky rocketed. The issues of trouble with land is pile up. Now we do understand the value of land and land becomes resource. 
In the past, we issue people as problem though the time changes the story is the same not much different. We are looking for the time, when our people will become resource.
I might be much wishful, rather than resource, we should term as "Talent"
Soon, the time will be for "Talent." 
Hay it is the time for "Talent."
