In question

Resources can be seen in at least three; Capital, Land and Labor.
No wonder, every one accepts Capital is resource, no questions at all and accepts it as Resources for long time.
Recently Land becomes Resources and people value land more than ever.
When will be the time for people?
it is the questions.
As we all know, the people will be resources or problems. That's sure.
People should value themselves and promote their strengths and erase their weaknesses.
So it has two points; from employer point of view and from employee point of view.
The view must be identical, then one will be resource definitely.
if the view is differ, then the gap is bigger, something will be wrong.
Learning is Business
Business School teaches students, it is the way in here. PS Business School wants to provide three E - environment, exposure, and experience in order to enhance and maximize the learning. 
Teaching is one way, teachers teach and students listen, in other word, one way communication and teacher-centered. Teacher knows all. Every question mush have one specific and definite answer, very scientific.
Learning is two way, learners talks and discuss and resource person or facilitator listen and give guidance. It is much more student-centre and exchange views and opinions. The answer is more than one and many and vary. Some times more than the sum of the no in the class-room. The practices are much practical and it is an art.
The environment is now white-water-world, hard to predict and forcaste and new stories and standards are changing more than ever.
The business is not as usual and we live in the Jungle of Business City. The rule of the Jungle is that stronger is not the time to dominant but the swift and strategic ones will be survived and sustain.
So Learning is for survival and success besides learning is business.

Again MNL?


Again MNL?
In the past election campaign, employment is the issue not much talk about. Then come the parliament and president. The unemployment rate is critical issue for any nation, no wonder Myanmar is included. We, Myanmar, have more then 7 digit of Oversea Workers. Still going out of the country to look for better life and well paid.
So the "Employment" creation becomes one of the buzz word and get more attention than ever. Along with the work of reducing Un-employment comes "Vocational Training." So it is time for Job creation and Vocational Training.
Recently I heard a lof of Business- people are coming in Myanmar and exploring Myanmar Business Climate. Among the tourists and among the Business visits, business people are coming in Myanmar. My colleagues are tired of meeting with foreign counterparts.
Now some of the Myanmar Big Companies are preparing to meet the challenge of AFTA among these initiatives recruiting top positioning is the one in the agenda. When state allows to organize Football Leagues, a lof of foreigners are flood in Myanmar and they become part of the teams. So some named "Myanmar National League - MNL" as "Myanmar Nigeria League." We Myanmar people are not ready yet to take this challenging post. What about this corporate world? We not only need to create the Jobs but also need to nurture the "Middle Management and Top Job Positioning for our People." Job creation for junior and staff are a must and for middle and Senior is a necessary.' At this moment, some of the big myanmar companies are providing the top places to ASEANERS. So before it is not too late, we should create and nurture for both levels of Job creation.
