When the perception differs....what will happen next...
Different people have differ perception, it is acceptable as no one is the same. Every one is his or her own unique.
This leads different people define differently based on their experience, attitude, learning and environment.
When I was young, I memorized all things by heart.
My grades were reasonably high, and have won a few prizes and awards.
I assume that to the best student, I have to memorize well and act like a parrot.
I give my time solely on memorizing the papers and subjects.
Now I have to change my mind and definition totally.
As in reality, not all the memorized students are not successful in real world. As the age changed from IQ to EQ. Theory alone doesn't work. Simple, if you want to pass or get a good grade in ABE, you should be good at in three things
(1) English Language (as you sit the exam on UK)
(2) Theory
(3) Industry knowledge.
In other words, transfer the knowledge.
To be the best students, you need to be more practical with theory.
1. To know (Thit sa),
2. To do (Ka ta)
3. To reflect (Ka Ta).
The outstanding students are standing outside the crowd, when he memorized the paper and doesn't deal with other people well. EQ is more appreciate than IQ than ever these days.
The Buddha sermons "သစၥ၊ ကိစၥ၊ ကတ." To know, to do and to reflect. Shakespeare composed "if the world is a theatre, all men and women are merely actors and actress." Nowadays the world is changed into the age of education, so let me modified "if the world is a university, all men and women are learners and learner." Remember one more prover and saying... "Practices make perfect."
အရွင္ဇနကာဘိ၀ံသ highlight the importance of good perception than educated "စိတ္ထားေကာင္းဖို႔ ပထမ၊ ပညာတက္ဖို႔ ဒသမ."
My definition to outstanding is totally changed from memorizing to transferring.....
But I accept, different people will define differently.
As we all are unique on our own.
But my definition is change.
