Understanding the problems faced by customer (Solution to problem) 
Understanding the competitors in the market (Feel  good)
Service is charged
Customer Service is additional to ease and facilitate the service and do not mention the charges in particular but in total
Service must address the customer's problem or pain
Customer Service must enhance the service one provide
Customer service must be related ones
Many than better
