Goal Ego

If we have one direction, why we divide? We have one direction, but one big barrier is we have our own way to get there. There come big ego. That makes us divide. We love ourselves more than we love our goal. If we have one direction, why we divide! Simply it is so called unity or sugar coated one. Now the time is calling for Unity for all Myanmar Citizens. We need to compete with other ASEAN Countries, not among and between us. One Team, One Spirit The ego is much bigger than our goal. We love ourselves more than we love our goal. We need more delegation and empowerment program. We need more Situational Leadership approach. In theory, it is perfect. In practical, it is human issue, a bit complicated. We need this new bureaucracy - negotiation and compromising. if we have one direction, we must have share value and team-spirit.
