ေစ်းကြက္ေဖၚေဆာင္ေရးဆိုတာ က်ယ္ျပန္႔သလို အဖက္ဖက္က အသံုး၀င္လွပါတယ္။ မိမိကိုယ္ကိုကုိယ္မိမိ တံဆိပ္တပ္ျပီး ေစ်းကြက္ေဖၚေဆာင္ႏိုင္ျခင္းမွသည္ ကိုယ္စားျပဳ ႏိုင္ငံတစ္ခုကိုုလည္း ေစ်းကြက္ေဖၚေဆာင္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။
လူတိုင္းက ေစ်းကြက္ေဖၚေဆာင္ေရးနဲပ မကင္းႏိုင္သလို လူတိုင္း လူတိုင္းဟာ ေစ်းကြက္ေဖၚေဆာင္ေရးသမားေတြျဖစ္ေနၾကပါတယ္။
