Buddhism and HRM Perspectives

1. To be a Monk ရဟန္းဘ၀ျဖစ္ဖို႔
2. To be a Disciple ဗုဒၶဘာသာ၀င္ျဖစ္ဖို႔
3. Discrimination ႏွိမ္ခ်ျခင္း၊ ခြဲျခားျခင္း။
4. Worship and Work ဆုေတာင္းႏွင့္ ပါရမီ
5. As Resource လူကို အရင္းအျမစ္လို႔ ျမင္တာ
6. Service or Performance ေအတဒဓ္ (အရင္ရဟန္းျပဳတဲ့သူကို)
Buddha rewards titles not service but performance.
7. Ethics and Disciplines ၀ိနည္း
8.  In the name of Dhamma, Buddha erases the discrimination. 
TNA Buddhan doesn't teach all, but wish to.

(i) knowing (ii) doing (iii) evaluation.

အဂၢသာ၀က၊
မဟာသာ၀ကေတြကို
ခ်ီးေျမွာက္တဲ့အခါမွာ
သာသနာ႔ေဘာင္မွာ
ၾကာရွည္ သီတင္းသံုးခဲ့တဲ့ ၀ါနဲ႔
မဆံုးျဖတ္ပဲ
တစ္ပါးျခင္းစီရဲ႔
စြမ္းရည္။
စိတ္ဆႏၵ ပါရမီျဖည့္စည္းခဲ့တာေတြနဲ႔
စဥ္းစား ခ်ီးေျမွာက္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။
ပထမဆံုး ရဟန္းငါးပါးဟာ
ပဥၥ၀ဂၢီငါးပါးျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
ပညာအရာမွာ ဧတဒ္ရတဲ့ ရဟန္းေတာ္က
အရွင္သာရိပုတၱရာျဖစ္ပါတယ္
